The DIAS3 score, a six-factor tool, predicts the risk of epilepsy post-cerebral venous thrombosis. It estimates patient risk from 7% to 83% over three years. Developed from a cohort study spanning multiple countries, the score is based on readily available clinical variables and published in JAMA Neurology.
