Share

Three individuals tied to a Pennsylvania dental practice were found guilty of a significant racketeering conspiracy that defrauded Medicaid of over $30 million. The Savani brothers, owners of the practice, were convicted of charges under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), along with visa, tax, and health care fraud, among others. Their associate, Aleksandra Radomiak, also faced charges of similar frauds. The scheme involved filing fraudulent H-1B visa applications and billing under the names of dentists who were not treating patients. Sentencing is scheduled for July.
