Patients with corneal irregularity and a need for specialty contact lenses, especially after corneal transplant and glaucoma surgeries, may encounter fitting complications due to superiorly located conjunctival blebs. This article discusses the use of localized vaults and design approaches for scleral contact lenses to prevent compression and ensure rotational stabilization, highlighting a case study and emphasizing the importance of co-management with glaucoma specialists for successful patient outcomes.
