PsA Clusters Identified for Tailored Treatment: Longitudinal Study

A recent study from the Psoriatic Arthritis Research Consortium identified three distinct clusters of psoriatic arthritis based on disease severity and psoriasis involvement. Cluster 3, characterized by severe PsA and extensive psoriasis, showed the largest improvements in treatment response, highlighting the need for personalized treatment strategies and more sensitive outcome measures to better capture the full spectrum of PsA activity.
