This case study details the comprehensive full-mouth rehabilitation of a 26-year-old female patient presenting with an anterior open bite and mild chronic generalized periodontitis. Utilizing advanced digital technologies and a multidisciplinary approach, treatments included the use of CAD software, a Kois deprogrammer, and the cut-back technique for lithium-disilicate restorations. Following successful interventions, significant esthetic and functional improvements were noted, with stable outcomes after one year. The effective use of digital tools and collaborative efforts were paramount to the treatment's success.
