The examination revealed meibomian gland dysfunction and corneal staining, highlighting the need for improved lid hygiene and newer contact lens options. Asking patients open-ended questions about their wearing experience is crucial for optimizing their comfort. Starting a hypochlorous spray regimen improved the patient's wearing experience, emphasizing the importance of appropriate analysis and clinical examination to enhance contact lens comfort.
