Share

A recent study evaluated the effects of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on bone health, cholesterol levels, and physical function in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). The results showed improvements in physical function and lipid profiles, indicating the potential benefits of HIIT for MS management. HIIT was found to be an effective and safe training method for patients with MS, with positive effects on bone remodeling, lipid profile, and lower limb functionality. Additionally, it could be used to preserve bone status and slow the occurrence of osteoporosis, as well as maintain a healthy lipid metabolism.
