Hypercementosis Progression With Evidence of Acquired Concrescence: A Case Report

This case report highlights a 62-year-old female patient with generalized hypercementosis leading to root concrescence, complicating potential dental extractions. Hypercementosis, defined as excessive cementum growth, can either be idiopathic or associated with local/systemic factors. The patient's history showed no significant systemic conditions, but periodic dental examinations revealed progressive cementum deposition.
