This Week’s Biopharma News: Clinical Hold for Heart Disease Gene Therapy

The FDA has imposed a clinical hold on Tenaya Therapeutics' TN-201 gene therapy trial for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, requiring protocol amendments for patient monitoring and immunosuppression management.
